Amman, Jordan (May 2007) - Taameer Jordan has Signed an agreement with Consolidated consultations through which CC will put architectural designs  for Al Jiza Residential City project.

The agreement was signed by Dr. Khalid al Wazani, General Manager of Taameer Jordan, and Mr. Sa'ed Abu Jaber, CEO of Consolidated Consultations. The signing ceremony took place at Taameer Jordan's headquarters and was attended by Mr. Khalid Al Dahleh, Chairman and CEO of Taameer Jordan, and Arch. Jafar Tukan, Chairman of Consolidated Consultations.

CC will be creating the master plan of the project, architectural designs for houses, and other outlets within the residential area, and will also be creating the infrastructure for roads, walkways, electricity and the telecommunications networks. 

The Jiza residential project will be located south of the Queen Alia International Airport on a plot of land of 7,500,000 sqm. The first phase of this will be built using 3,000,122 sqm piece of land.
