This project consists of 2 sections, the Yasmin Village, and Yasmin Town. The village is the bigger part of the property, with 3 or 4 different types of Residential buildings, in addition to individual Villas. Some of these buildings either built or in the process of getting built.
The Villas are all aligned and concentrated in one side of the property.
There is Type buildings E, which is a residential building already designed, but we will be modified to have a G+6 floors.
There are also Terrace Buildings which also will have a G+6 floors as well.
The village has a Club building, already designed, that will accommodate the village social functions, and will be located on one end of the lake.
The entire village will be landscaped to have real old village style of living.
Separating the Village section and the Town is a high tension Corridor.
This will have landscaping on the entire area with parking structure underneath, that shall serve the towers.
The Town consists of 6, G+11 residential towers that will have nice view of the lake and village.
On one end of the town, there will be a 3 star hotel which is a G+8. There is also a G+11 Office building with a 4 floor podium. 2 floors of the podium will be for shopping and the other 2 will be offices.
