The project consists of a 62.5-acre new industrial estate to be located in Balqa Governorate, west of Salt. A master plan was developed taking into consideration topographic and planning considerations.
The project included prototypes of industrial buildings (area 14,356m2), administration water tanks (capacity 180m3), ground water tank (capacity 225m3), wastewater treatment plant, water, wastewater and irrigation networks, storm water drainage, electrical and telecommunication networks and internal roads network |
